This appeal by State Farm Fire & Casualty Company (State Farm) presents an issue undecided in Arizona. The issue is whether the $100,000/$300,000 bodily injury clause in State Farms automobile insurance policy limits its liability to a maximum of $100,000 per person when two or more persons are injured. The trial court decided the issue against State Farm on cross-motions for summary judgment. Our review is de novo. United Bank of Arizona v. Allyn, 167 Ariz. 191, 805 P.2d 1012 (App. 1990). We reverse.
