1 Lloyd Mancil Nickell, appellant, was tried by jury and convicted of Larceny of Gasoline [21 O.S.Supp. 1982 ? 1722 [21-1722]], in Case No. CRF-83-248, in the District Court of Kay County, the Honorable Lowell Doggett, District Judge, presiding. The jury set punishment at one (1) year imprisonment and a $7,500.00 fine. Judgment and sentence was imposed in accordance with the jurys verdict. We affirm.
